Playing beer pong in college can be fun. Especially for your new friends; staph, e-coli, and salmonella.
This is another one of those studies where they could have just asked me and I could have told them, rather than go through all the motions.
Let’s see, groups of people throw ping pong ball at red solo cups, and the loser has to drink out of the cups. And did I mention the balls are going all over the place, the floor, the wall, and at one party I was at, into someone’s pants. Of course there’s going to be germs!
Students at Clemson University have finally made it official. In a study where beer pong balls were brought in from all corners of the campus, the ping pong balls used in the game were revealed to contain salmonella, listeria, staph, and e-coli bacteria.
A better study would be “what will you develop first after playing beer pong, a serious bacterial infection or alcohol poisoning?”
