The story of Zach Sobiech’s song “Clouds” has wound it’s way around the internet and onto the Billboard Top 100 pop chart.
Now watch the back story of Zach’s family and friends, who have shown us a lesson about how to live life to the fullest.
Please watch, and then consider joining the CPS-3 study to help learn about the causes of cancer. And it costs nothing but your time.
I came across this video on the CrossFitLA site, and I don’t think I can set it up better than Andy at CFLA did:
How are you LIVING? Do you spend your day bouncing between things you’d really rather not be doing? Does your stressful job occupy most of your life and take you away from the things you’d really rather be doing?
Just in case you forgot, here’s a reminder… THIS IS IT. LIFE IS HAPPENING NOW, and just like that, it’s gone, over, done, ‘poof’. You don’t get a Mulligan or do-over. It’s now or never… and in spite of how it might feel, you do get a choice – yes, it’s actually all a matter of choice.
Do yourself a favor – take 20 minutes of ‘me time’ to watch this video about a young man named Zach, who’s story can’t help but touch, move and inspire. Trust me, you’ll be glad you did.

If you’ve never seen or heard the original music video to Zach’s song “Clouds”, give it a listen.

Cancer is a word heard far too often in our world. That is why I’m fighting back against the disease with the American Cancer Society – and asking that you will join me.
From June 9-15, 2013, our very own community will have the opportunity to fight cancer by enrolling in the American Cancer Society’s new research study, Cancer Prevention Study-3
The ultimate goal of CPS-3 is to enroll a diverse group of 300,000 men and women from across the U.S. to participate in research to help researchers better understand the lifestyle, environmental and genetic factors that cause or prevent cancer and will save lives.
If you are between 30 and 65 years old and have never been diagnosed with cancer, you are eligible to enroll. If you are interested in enrolling, please go to www.CPS3HowardCounty.org to schedule your appointment. The appointment should take approximately 20-30 minutes. There will be no cost to you to participate.
This is our chance to fight back against a disease that takes too much. I sincerely hope you will take part in this historic study.
